A designer of quiet strength and refined vision, Mylene brings over two decades of experience shaping interiors across private residences, bespoke renovations, and high-end developments in both Eastern and Western contexts. Her work is rooted in the belief that spaces carry memory, movement, and emotion, and that design, at its most powerful, unveils rather than declares.
Her foundation began with formal training at one of the Philippines’ leading interior design schools, followed by continuing education in interior design at FIT in New York and Colorado State University. This blend of international training and lived design experience informs her ability to move fluidly between cultures, aesthetics, and spatial languages.
Her aesthetic emerges through the interplay of form and feeling: structured yet fluid, intuitive yet grounded. Having worked across diverse cultural and spatial landscapes, she brings a rare sensitivity to proportion, flow, and the subtleties of how people inhabit their environments.
With a deep reverence for materiality and a meticulous eye for composition, Mylene creates interiors that feel timeless, tactile, and wholly attuned. Her spaces carry a quiet permanence, where restraint becomes richness and every detail holds intention, elegance, presence, and care.

DIRECTOR OF AMA COLLABORATIVE
With a strong foundation in technical design and a passion for luxury hospitality and high-end residential interiors, Alena Le specializes in translating design concepts into refined, thoughtfully executed spaces. Her work bridges creative vision and technical precision, developing detailed, buildable solutions that support quality, functionality, and design integrity.
Alena holds an Interior Design Certificate from UCLA Extension and a Master of Interior Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Her academic background, together with extensive industry experience, gives her a comprehensive understanding of the design process, from early concept development to final execution.
Experienced in construction documentation, custom millwork detailing, and strategic space planning, Alena works closely with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to bring each project to life with clarity and intention. Known for her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, she helps deliver sophisticated, highly personalized interiors that reflect each client’s vision while honoring craftsmanship, function, and enduring design.
